As the label's primary A&R and talent scout, he is responsible for identifying artists whose potential aligns with the TWM vision — raw, undeniable talent that just needs the right environment to be developed properly. His instincts for spotting authentic artistry before it peaks have made him one of the most trusted voices in the label's internal process.
Beyond scouting, Niquo operates as an artist manager and event coordinator, serving as a direct point of contact between artists, industry connections, and the label. He manages day-to-day logistics, builds relationships across the regional scene, and ensures that the artists he brings in have the structure and support needed to grow. His presence in the field gives TWM a consistent boots-on-the-ground perspective that shapes how the label operates in real time.
